Waleed Alhefdi

Waleed Alhefdi is a seasoned human capital and shared services leader with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational transformation across Saudi Arabia’s aviation, utilities, government, and healthcare sectors. He has held multiple executive positions, leading major national programs that strengthen workforce capabilities, modernize HR systems, and elevate operational performance in alignment with Vision 2030.

Before founding the firm, Waleed served as Assistant Secretary-General for Shared Services at the Federation of Saudi Chambers, where he oversaw HR, procurement, finance, and governance functions. He previously established a center of excellence and directed HR Planning at SWCC, and played a key role in transforming HR operations at flynas during a period of rapid expansion. Earlier, he held leadership roles at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and Prince Sultan Military Medical City.

Waleed holds an Executive MBA from Al Yamamah University and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Management & Leadership from Washington State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and is an Associate Member of CIPD.

He is also a Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA) and has completed leadership and consulting programs at Cranfield University, Emory University, Macquarie University, and other global institutions.
